I recently met up with Nikita for her maternity session and we got some wonderful shots in the studio and outside at a park near Lake Michigan. She made for such a beautiful mom-to-be and those silhouette shots of her baby bump turned out great. I also loved her choice of dress as we moved outside. Nikita looked amazing and is definitely rocking her last few weeks before she meets her newest addition. Enjoy!
I love when I get to photograph someone who is just as enthused as me to strike a few different poses in a variety of spots and really just play with the surroundings, and such was the case with Kinsey. She and I had a great time hopping from one spot to the next for her urban and rural senior photo session. She’s got such a light and fun personality, that it really made the day a great one. Here they are…
A newborn baby’s newness and innocence is what makes photographing them so precious and special I think, and baby Alaina did such a wonderful job at her session looking precious as ever at nine days old. Once she got settled in, it was easy to capture her little personality. Her eyes peeped open from time to time to see what all the conversation was about, but she slept and yawned as babies do through much of it. It was my pleasure to capture some of her first days, that’s for sure!
Taylore’s senior photos were set on the beautiful backdrop of a farm/ranch that included horses and a rustic cabin, the perfect backdrop to have some fun with when you’re getting your senior shots taken. She was so natural in front of the camera and we had a lot of fun finding places to set up our next shot. I even got to take a few photos of her with her horse CJ, who was a little camera-shy at first, but eventually warmed up. We could have taken photos until the sun went down, but we had to hit the second location which included her dad’s pretty rad Harley. Take a look!
